Track Record Disclosure

The GP track record referenced on this website (42% blended IRR, 110+ investments, 20+ exits, 16+ fully realised) reflects personal angel investing by the General Partners since November 2019, co-investments through the General Partners' prior fund vehicle, and related vehicles. This track record has been corroborated by co-investors and reviewed by a Chartered Accountant. It does not represent the performance of Fitoor Capital Fund I, which has not yet deployed capital. The methodology for calculating IRR and other metrics is available upon written request by eligible investors.

Regulatory Compliance

Fitoor Capital Fund I is being constituted as a Category II Alternative Investment Fund under the SEBI (Alternative Investment Funds) Regulations, 2012, and its registration application is currently in process with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). Fund I is not yet a SEBI-registered AIF and will not accept capital contributions prior to receiving its certificate of registration. Registration does not imply any endorsement or guarantee of performance by SEBI. The Fund operates in compliance with the SEBI (Alternative Investment Funds) Regulations, 2012, as amended from time to time, and all applicable laws of India.
